"I tried out the Blood Moon and the Blue Moon and decided on the Blood Moon as I preferred the tone, which to my ears is bright and clear, but both are excellent guitars. The action is a little high for me, about 1mm high at the 12th fret, but I find that to be the case with most new guitars and is easily remedied. The guitar is beautiful to look at and the build and finish quality are first rate. The sturdy and extremely well-made hard case is an added bonus."

It was bought for me by my late wife and I can't think of a more fitting way to remember her than with this absolutely amazing guitar. She knew I always wanted one when I first saw them on the Faith website and planned to buy one for my 50th birthday. My only other Faith prior to this was a Naked Neptune. Tragically she was taken ill long before this but made me order it from from my local guitar shop shortly before she passed, unfortunately she never got to see it., but I know she is with me whenever I play it.
It is a true work of craftsmanship and the bog oak is just beautiful. This is my most treasured guitar and a truly precious instrument in more ways than one. I have since bought another Faith for 'everyday playing', a mahogany Nexus in Copper Black which despite the smaller price tag is equally stunning and lovely to play. Thank you to all at Faith."

"The absolute best guitar I have owned. It arrived in perfect condition. Setup is excellent with wonderful finishing. No problems at all.
The strings ring true across the spectrum with bell-like tones to the highs and warm, deep tones to the lowers. Projection is strong unplugged.
I have played Patrick's American-made Saluda (and all the others he produced here) and this sounds every bit as good ... perhaps better in the woods used. I'm sold on the sycamore back and sides. This is a stunningly beautiful instrument.
I could not be more pleased. This is now my main guitar I will use playing out and just enjoying privately."

"Lovely deep, rich and crisp tone. I played a C chord followed by an E minor, and instantly thought of the rich sound of David Bowie's "Space Oddity". The neck width and depth is just right for my small hands, and the guitar is very comfortable and easy to play compared to any other acoustic I have tried before. It responds very well to playing dynamics and is rewarding to play. As a bonus, it is also beautifully finished, has lovely subtle figuring on the wood, and is attractive to look at in a "classy" understated way."

"First impressions are that the guitar is finished well with little room for complaint. The sound is clear and well rounded with a good treble response. Low 'E' string is not as punchy as I would like but given that the spruce top will mature over time this may well improve. The Sycamore back and sides are lovely, which add to the clear woody sound of the guitar Overall I am pleased with the guitar and will continue to discover its potential over the coming months. One small moan - the lock on the Faith case will not lock."
