"It is extremely good value for money. I like the Fishman Ink 3 control panel and the sound is very good. The playability and comfort of the neck are great too. Along with 5 other guitar players I spent a Sunday with Patrick about 8 years ago learning how to set up key parts of the guitar and it was a real joy. A wonderful person. I oned a PJE Saluda at the time and was in awe of the build quality. Recently I played an expensive Faith and was very impressed and when I read the revue which Guitarist gave the Blood Moon Venus I had to try it out. Love the Blood Moon colour and am very happy with the guitar. Only one minor criticism and that is the key for the case is the wrong key so someone somewhere will also find they have the wrong key.

Elle Eclipse deja mes deux autres guitares, Martin 000-X1 et Taylor 110CE qui sont dans la meme gamme de prix.
Un son raffine, equilibre, riche en harmoniques delicats (cordes changees pour du Phosphore Bronze Elixir nano). Une dynamique qui enrichie enormement le jeu. Aussi a l'aise en streaming qu' en picking.
L'electronique est vraiment surprenante, Je ne m'attendais pas a ce niveau de qualite sonore une fois branche (je ne suis pas trop fan du piezo en general).
Le confort general est tres bon, on peut jouer des heures...
La finition est franchement irreprochable avec un accastillage digne d'une gratte haut de gamme 2 fois plus cher.
Bref, que du bonheur et dire qu'elle va s'ameliorer avec le temps...
Une petite remarque juste, pas de Pickguard (vu la beaute de la Table en trembesi, on peut comprendre). Apres quelques heures de strumming, les premieres rayures sont apparues.
J'ai donc decide de poser un pickguard transparent tres fin.
Elle est chez le luthier pour cela et pour un reglage complet (changement de tirant et pose sillet os).
Il a franchement hallucine au regard du prix !
Un ami possede la douze cordes Venus Natural, il est comble. Rapport qualite prix assez surprenant.

"This guitar is extraordinarily beautiful aesthetically and in tone as well! It took me a couple years to save up enough to purchase this instrument, but it was so worth it! Though this is just a hobby of mine, I am still so in love with music and playing my Venus Blood Moon for the first time vamped up my inspiration to keep playing and learning! I wish I had another one of Faith's gorgeous guitars like a Saturn cut because I lead worship at my church, and I know it would sound beyond incredible with a rich and full sound. These are by far the most passionate and personally made instruments out there!"

"It's a real beauty, I wanted it for a long time, but haven't seen faith guitars in Holland yet, so when I was in London, I grabbed one. Looks nice, sounded great, but after a while it lost some sustain. The lower E-string sounds very full and sustains looooong :) but going up on the neck it's sounding bit dull. The fisman INK3 sounds great, but very much bass.
In London I would have gone to the store for some help, but from amsterdam it's a bit far."

"Exactly what I was looking for. I have dreadnoughts but find them too cumbersome and wanted a smaller body but still with enough natural sound projection. Also I think GraphTech, Grover and particularly Fishman are the best in their fields too. But the Blood Moon finish is just gorgeous with depth and lustre. Just feels "right" to me. Simple as that."

The looks, the build quality and the sound quality I have to say are superb and very high class.
I was so impressed I went and purchased another Faith Guitar in October that being a FKVMG and Faith have most certainly knocked it out of the park with both models that I own.
I would recommend that any considering buying a new guitar should look at one of Faith guitars as they for me are one of the finest guitars on the market! "

"Looks - brilliant. Absolutely beautiful finish.
Build quality - body of guitar is well put together and feels quality.
Sound - nice time, especially nice sound through the fishman pickup.
Not so good - battery loose in compartment was causing string buzz. Fixed with a bit if padding.
Bridge pins are a terrible fit (loose) making string changes fiddly. Bridge height on low E string too high, causing slight intonation issue, but not massive.
Case - pretty and we'll padded inside. Latches are poor quality but only a problem for regular gigging musicians.
Overall - I get a (good) buzz when I open the case and play it, and it feels like a more expensive guitar. A few niggly things above let it down, but I would still buy it again and recommend it. Good job Faith!"

"Good value. Dimensions are good and I like the neck profile especially (fingerstyle player with short, fat fingers). It looks pretty. I'm used to higher end guitars so am not keen on the Sonicore pickup but for the price, 'Hey!' :-) Soundwise I'd have preferred a Neptune but I wanted the smaller size for stand-up performance. I'd have preferred a cedar top but that's not in your range. I may end up trading this for a High Gloss for the rosewood sides but this was a great price."

"Excellent guitar with two problems. 1. The strings are only ok. 2. Guitar arrived incredibly dried out with 5 large silica gel packs in the case. The fingerboard was shrunken and frets very sharp. Fret edges are still sharp even after re-hydration."

"After having had a comprehensive set up by a professional and competent guitar tech' which included work done to both nut and saddle as well as adjustment to the truss rod, the guitar has proven to be wonderful. But in terms of how things were when I took delivery of it, I almost sent it back because it was effectively unplayable. There was string buzz on lowest four frets and the string action at the 12th fret was so high it was impossible to play the instrument. The cost of the work done to the guitar was a little under 80, which I think was a substantial extra fee on top of the purchase price of the new instrument."

"This is my second Venus. Bought it because I love my first one and I wanted a second as a back up/alternative for performing. Fishman pickup system on this one which behaves differently to the other but it gives a nice clear sound. Played without amplification, the tone is deep, rich and warm. Visually the top wood on the blood moon series is just gorgeous. I love these guitars."

"This is one of the best guitars I have ever picked up! No Gibson, Martin, or Taylor comes close in this price range. Everything about the guitar is setup perfect. It is also very lightweight. There are not many guitars constructed with this tonewood and the bloodmoon burst with the maple binding blows Taylor's koa models out of the water in my opinion. This guitar could easily be sold for twice of the asking price. Love my new guitar!"

Beautiful guitar, solid feel, lovely tone, the finish is fantastic. The setup is good with a very easy to play action. (Not yet plugged it in).
I took my time visiting or asking various stores to send me pictures of what they had in stock before I found this one as there is a huge amount of variation possible in the grain which makes every one an individual. Pretty much love at first sight/hear. Wife approves too.

"I am thrilled to bits with my new guitar. I had previously tried this guitar in another shop but found the strings a little uncomfortable as i have only just started playing a year ago. Having spoken with the chap on the Faith stand at the Manson's Show I discovered alternative strings are now being used. It is so comfortable to play now, and the sound is incredible. It also has a Fishman tuner!! I rate it 9 out of 10 because there is always room for improvement :-)"

"Love the look, fit and finish are beautiful as is the tone of the trembesi. I'm not a fan of the DR strings it came with. There is a lot of finger noise. The action could be a bit lower (1/16th"). I purchased this guitar to appease my desire for a Taylor 814ce.. the looks certainly do."

"Out of my two faith guitars (both are amazing), this has to be my favourite. It is a perfect size for me, the sound is incredible, with and without the shadow pickup. It's very comfortable to play, and not to mention, it is one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen or played. The Solid AAA trembasi not only creates an amazing sound, but it looks stunning especially against the abalone ring. It caught my eye right from the moment I saw it and caught my heart right from the moment I played it. The other guitar I have is the Saturn Higloss cutaway, and I 100% recommend either guitar, but this one has something special about it! Such an amazing brand! If you don't own a faith guitar, you should really buy one. They're amazing!"

"The top seems to take a little playing to warm up and become fully responsive, particularly on the bass end; when it does though, the tone is great.
It's also very comfortable to play, well finished and has sustain by the bucketload. I was drawn to it because it's both a well-balanced strummer and a resonant fingerpicker. For the price in particular, this guitar is silly good.
(If it's any indication, I grabbed it to do this review and lost half an hour along the way)"

"When I received the guitar the action was set so low so as to be almost unplayable. Not a huge issue but did require a 50 mile drive to the nearest dealer to have a set-up done plus the cost of the adjustments done."

"First time I have purchased a Faith guitar. Feels good, plays well, beautiful finished guitar, better than some more expensive better known brands. Comes with a good quality well fitted hard carry case complete with a dehumidifier enclosed. Only issues I have found with this is the battery compartment cover is very tight and difficult to open and trying to fit a guitar strap over guitar lead input strap button is a time consuming exercise. Could do with a better designed strap lead input button.
Before choosing this guitar I tried some more expensive brands but kept going back to the Faith guitar. the onboard pickup electrics and tuner are excellent. Seems good value for money, I was prepared to spend quite a bit more on a guitar but obviously time will tell. Some may be put off owing to the Indonesian manufacture. Early thoughts, other than the two issues I raised, I personally find it a very comfortable, great sounding well set up guitar that has many great points and I look forward to many hours of playing this guitar. I would give this guitar an 8 out of 10, it would have been 10 if not for the couple of issues mentioned."

"A beautifully made guitar that sounds as sweet as it looks. The flamed maple binding offsets the sunburst finished Trembesi wood just perfectly. Unplugged, the guitar sounds bright and clear - plugged in, the sound is nicely balanced and easily contoured with the tone controls on the preamp. Altogether, an excellent value!"

"In the 46 years I have been playing and purchasing guitars, I think I have only bought one guitar that comes close to the Venus Blood Moon in cosmetic appearence, and that was a Gibson SG 200 koa linited editionm, costing four times more than the Faith. The cosmetic beauty of the Venus Blood Moon is superb. If the build quality does not demnish and the already acceptable tone improves with age, I will bea very happy customer."
