As the original purchaser of a brand new Faith guitar, you are entitled to a 2 Year Limited Warranty, extendable to 5 Years if your guitar is registered within 28 days of purchase. The 2 or 5 year warranty is applicable in the United Kingdom, the EU, Norway and Switzerland. If you are not in one of the listed countries, you should contact the Faith Guitar distributor in your territory.
The Faith Guitars 2 / 5 Year Limited Warranty terms for Europe can be found here.
However, as with all retail purchases, your contract of sale / warranty is directly with the store that you purchased the product from. The original retailer should be your first contact at all times.
So, in the event of a warranty claim or the need of a repair, you should contact your local main dealer– preferably the retailer from which you bought the instrument. In the event that the store from which your made the purchase goes out of business, you can contact any other Faith Guitar retailer who should assist.
To claim under warranty, you will need a copy of your original purchase receipt. Where a product requires repair or replacement under warranty, most likely the product will be returned to our technicians who will assess and report back to the store, who in turn will advise you of the next steps.
Barnes & Mullins (the UK distributor of Faith Guitars) can only assist with queries relating to products purchased in the UK. If you purchased your Faith Guitar outside of the UK, please contact the retailer/distributor in your country.
For repairs outside of warranty terms, your local Faith Guitars retailer will be able to offer advice and a possible fix for the issue either in store or by using a local specialist guitar tech.
